Beachside Haven - Your Perfect Oasis Home

Beachside Haven is an immaculate, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home featuring water views, impressive entertainers’ kitchen, media room, 2nd lounge with sofa bed, light filled living and alfresco entertaining spaces. Keep the whole family entertained in the games room, complete with pool table, TV, dart board and ping pong table!

The centrally located kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including oven & dishwasher, gas cooktop, steam oven. The alfresco open plan layout seamlessly flows from the kitchen through to the dining, lounge and large under cover balcony with outdoor setting and chairs.

On entry level you will enjoy the extra space of a self-contained guest accommodation, including a kitchenette, dining setting, lounge with TV, DVD player and bathroom. The bedroom on the entry level has two single beds that can be zipped together to make a king plus a Bunk (2 singles).

The Master retreat has a king bed, TV, water views, ensuite and a very spacious walk-in-robe. The remaining two bedrooms on this level have queen beds.

The double lock up garage offers a ping pong table, dart board and two mountain bikes for you to ride the trails parallel to the beach. The beachside trail links up with kids play equipment, fitness stations and into the Nelson Bay Marina.

From Beachside Haven you can take a short stroll to The Anchorage Resort, a first class marina and bar for a beautiful dining experience. They also hire bikes and kayaks. Or bring your own bikes as there is a wonderful shared cycle path to Nelson Bay and beyond. Paddle boarding takes place at Dutchies beach. A must while you are on holiday, is to take the beautiful walk to Dutchies beach and onto Nelson Bay Marina.

BOND - a refundable bond of $1000 that is payable 14 days prior to your arrival.

Dog Friendly - maximum 2 small/medium dogs. $100 per dog (request/approval required).

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality white linen. Doonas (with decorative covers), blankets and pillows are also supplied.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 10 adults. There is a sofa bed that will be added to accommodate two children 11 & 12 ($100), total maximum guest 12.

OPTION 1: 1 King, 2 Queen, 2 single and a bunk (2 single)
OPTION 2: 2 King, 2 Queen, and a bunk (2 single)

Additional costs when booking:
Sofa bed (children only) $100 per booking which includes towels and linen hire.
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($150). Please refer to terms and conditions for full cancellation policy. Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS (WEDDING RELATED), GRADUATES and or SCHOOLIES/TEENAGER bookings are not accepted.
