"Parking is expensive. Room with 2 beds was just basic and really no art if decor in the room, but the bathroom barn door was ridiculously hard to open and close and kept coming off track. The signage to hotel and elevators from the 4th floor garage was not very helpful so you kind of had to wander to find your way. The breakfast was very basic and not very good. Lastly very insufficient outlets and charging ports that actually worked so hard to get electronics charged at once and had to take turns. View was facing away from downtown and on a school so didn’t really get the true uptown feel for location til you left the hotel. But felt safe and in a nice and clean area."

"I arrived much earlier than the check-in time, and the staff were so helpful with not only finding me a room, but making sure that it was exactly what I expected. For my entire stay, everyone was helpful and kind. Moving forward, especially if I need to come back to North Carolina, I will definitely stay at this hotel."
