Fantastic location

A lovely house, in a beautiful setting. The property has a lived-in feel, which makes it feel comfortable on the whole, but there are some areas which could do with a refresh.

Beautiful grounds. Nice house but needs a little maintenance. Doors are hard to open.Top of stair guard needs fixing down ! Kitchen work top varnished but very sticky! Heated pool not very warm. However we had a happy holiday & the owners were welcoming.

Fantastisch verblijf!

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad met onze 5 kinderen. Het huis is netjes, de verhuurders zijn erg aardig en heel behulpzaam. Ze laten je heel erg thuis voelen. Het huis heeft een geweldig grote tuin met een heerlijk zwembad. Alles perfect!

Wonderful house!

We had a lovely week at this gorgeous house. Very spacious, fantastic garden and the pool was a highlight for our children (despite the weather not being great!). Estelle and her husband were very helpful and excellent hosts. We had lovely restaurant recommendations from them. The local town, Pont Audemer, is very picturesque and we enjoyed looking around. We were last in Normandy four years ago and had such a lovely holiday we were returning. Last week was just as good and I am sure we will be back again. If you have children then visit the Normandy Luge. It is about 1 hour 40 mins from the house but worth the drive as there is so much to do there and it’s absolutely beautiful. We went twice!

A beautiful house set in a peaceful garden and warm pool

A wonderful location for relaxing and exploring Normandy. The house met all of our requirements with 6 adults and 2 babies. The pool was lovely and warm and the house comfortable. The owners were there to great us and set us up for the week. The garden is safe and quiet with a red squirrel resident. The location was within bike distance to the boulangerie and day trips to Deauville beach and beautiful Honfleur. We hope to return!

Eine tolles Ferienhaus, der große parkartige Garten lässt einen direkt zur Ruhe kommen. Sehr nette, unkomplizierte Vermieter. Von dort aus lässt sich sehr gut die Normandie erkunden, auch Paris ist nicht weit entfernt.

A family holiday to remember

The property is as described in a beautiful wooded landscape with wonderful views through the trees. Although secluded shops,restaurants and lovely towns were very close by. We were a party of 6 adults and a baby and the house was more than adequate for us all. Plenty of games,books etc to entertain us and a really nice swimming pool to keep us cool. The hosts were first class in their communications and even met us on our first full day to explain how to work various equipment and giving advice on where to go and what to visit. This really is a first class property which will give all a perfect holiday, just like the one we have just had.

Séjour féerique !

Site idéal pour décompresser. Vue imprenable sur la vallée de la Risle, jardin enchanteur avec piscine, on a pleinement apprécié ce weekend dans la douceur de l’été indien normand. Le logement était impeccable. Hôte très agréable , on a hâte de réserver notre prochain séjour dans ce cottage normand !

Ein perfekter Ort für die ganze Familie

Das schöne großzügige Haus bietet einen tollen Rahmen für den Wohlfühlurlaub mit der ganzen Familie. Das wunderschön gelegene Grundstück lädt ein zu vielerlei Aktivitäten und zum Entspannen. Besonderes Highlight ist der vielfach genutzte beheizte Pool. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Heerlijk vakantie huis

Heerlijk vakantiehuis vlakbij een leuk stadje (Pont-Audemer) en op goede afstand van de kust. Ideaal voor een grote familie (wij zijn met 2 volw, 4 grote kinderen). Alles aanwezig in de keuken, optimaal gebruik gemaakt van de gas-bbq (elke dag heerlijk gekookt). Buiten een grote tuin met goede tafeltennistafel. De gastvrouw reageert direct op mails. Perfect. We hebben genoten.

Haus in einem wunderschönen Park mit vielen alten Bäumen

Das Haus ist gut geeignet für eine grosse Familie, es gibt ausreichend Platz. Im wunderschönen Park gibt es einen grossen Tisch mit Stühlen, den wir so oft es ging, benutzten, da so ein Garten schon einzigartig ist. Es war einfach traumhaft unter diesen alten Bäumen zu sitzen. Beim Unterhalt des Hauses gab es einige kleinere Mängel. Die Sauberkeit ist im Grossen und Ganzen ok. In der Küche gab es die meisten Defizite (Ausstattung, Sauberkeit). Leider war das Haus, als wir kamen auch nicht gelüftet. Wir hatten zwar immer die Fenster offen, aber ganz los wurden wir den Geruch eines nicht immer benutzten Hauses leider nicht. Trotz einiger Mängel können wir das Haus empfehlen und würden es auch wieder buchen.

Séjour dans la campagne Normande à proximité des plages de Deauville, Trouville...

Le gite est très agréable placé au milieu d'un terrain au calme, arboré et grand: idéal pour les enfants qui ont pu se défouler avec un ballon et la table de ping-pong. Le gîte est spacieux et bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié les nombreux jeux de société et la petite flambée le soir dans la cheminée. Je recommande.

Perfect Family Holiday Home

This is a beautiful holiday home for a family. We stayed here with our two children and my parents and there was plenty of room for everyone. Lots of outside space for the children! The house was beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need. The nearest town is only a few minutes drive and is a lovely place to wander round and have dinner. Plenty of large supermarkets for all your needs too. The owners were so helpful and friendly. They were even kind enough to send us left items in the post! Would definitely recommend it and we would consider this for a future holiday.

schönes Haus für grosse Familie mit tollem Garten

Das Haus und das riesige Grundstück mit den alten Bäumen und den Rasen- Flächen bietet wirklich sehr grosszügigen Platz. Für die Erwachsenen zum Verweilen und für die Kidz zum Rumtoben, spielen und entdecken. Von der Strasse hört man nur selten etwas. Im recht grossen Haus selber ist alles da was man in den Ferien halt so braucht. Die Sauberkeit ist OK bis gut. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Ausflugsziele gibt es sehr viele. Wir waren überrascht von den vielen Möglichkeiten. Man braucht aber ein Auto und muss bereit sein zwischen 1/2 und 1 1/2 Stunden zu fahren. Wir haben 2 sehr interessante Wochen verbracht obwohl wir bewusst das Thema 2. Weltkrieg ganz weggelassen haben. Unsere 4 Kinder sind noch zu klein. 2x ans Meer, 1x sogar nach Paris, 2x Schlösser besucht, 1x Draisinen fahren, 1x Jeudi des Chevaux im Haras du Pin, 1x Besuch des Zoo bei Lisieux und Fahrradtouren bei den Saine- Schlaufen. Fahrräder mitnehmen ist wenn möglich sowieso zu empfehlen. Das nahe Pont Audemer bietet auch super Verweil- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der Wochenmarkt ist sehr zu empfehlen sehr schönes alt- Städtchen. Ich könnte mir gut vorstellen, in ein paar Jahren wieder zu kommen. Würde aber zuerst in Pont Audemer aufs Tourist Info die aktuellsten Tipps hohlen. Es gibt noch viel zu entdecken in der Normandie, war wirklich sehr cool. Überhaupt waren wir von der Normandie positiv überrascht.

Een prachtige locatie in volle natuur met een heel mooi zicht en wij hebben het geluk gehad om daar ook nog eens het zonnetje een ganse week bij te krijgen! De familie Vincent is zeer aangenaam in omgang en we zijn blij hen te hebben mogen ontmoeten in Corneville Ze zijn speciaal vanuit Parijs gekomen en hebben ons voorzien van een gaz-BBQ op 3april.Waar we ten stelligste, onder een radieus zonnetje, gebruik hebben van gemaakt. Heerlijk! Dank U voor deze mooie week en echte aanrader! Met 6 vrienden naar Normandië
