“The sheets had a stain on them. When ask to change them the front desk clerk said they would do it, took down our room number, however the sheets were never changed. The room Trash cans were not emptied after our first day stay. We had to return our dirty towels to the front desk to get clean ones.”

“There was a “kiosk “ attendant virtually to check in and fix the room card. We stayed 3 nights and had NO HOUSEKEEPING the entire time. Room key had to be fixed every night. NO STAFF ON SITE! had to wait until the next day to just get a blow dryer that should have been in the room to begin with. No staff is horrible. The Virtual attendant was clearly in another country”

“The hotel was super Convenient for close things such as the zoo and downtown access. The grounds were clean and looked new. The staff was really nice and helped when needed. The breakfast was ok however it’s free and you can’t beat that! If I had to complain about anything it would be that I got a dog tick on me on my leg. Can I prove that it was the hotel no however it is a possibility since it’s dog friendly and a higher chance. More of a risk I took myself when booking im from the south and……

“We had a very nice stay. The lobby area is large and has a lot of chairs, so it's a nice area to sit in and relax. They even have some games, like a pool table and a big Connect4 game for kids. We also really liked their breakfast. They had a good variety of food, and it was better quality than most hotel breakfasts I've had. The only drawback was our room setup. Although the room was called a "suite," it wasn't what I would consider a true hotel suite in terms of having two separate rooms……

“We had a great experience at Springhill Suites. I was traveling with family and had reserved 2 rooms. We were going to be on different floors, which wasn't ideal for us since we had a little one with us. The gentleman that checked us in was able to make an adjustment so we were on the same floor. Very much appreciated. The place was very clean, dedpite being full. We were there 2 nights & I was pleasantly surprised to find our room was cleaned & fresh towels when we returned in the evening. ……
