"Sound insulation is bad whever people passing corridor and closing door. When next door closing their toilet door, the ceiling sounds and move a bit. Otherwise the service and staff are nice."

"We stayed 13 days, everything was fine! The one suggestion is the breakfast should change every 5days or 7 days because I had same meals for 13days!"

"Genau das Richtige für gestresste Städter wie uns. Die Ruhe, die Abgeschiedenheit, die gute Luft, Handyempfang nur bei günstigem Wind und alles Grün. Und nochmal: DIE RUHE !!!Ponzanello ist fast verwaist Ende Mai aber mit genug Holz für den mittelalterlichen OFFENEN (wo gibt es sowas denn noch?) ..."

"We stayed for three nights in the Maria Luigiana room/suite. It was very spacious, very clean and beautifully decorated. There was a large bathroom with both a shower (with excellent water pressure) and a big bathtub/whirlpool. The bed was comfortable, and there were two pillows of different heights ..."
