“Although it is mentioned in the listing, it is intentionally vague regarding the access to the lake. What you don’t see in the pictures is the extremely busy road you have to cross to access the lake. It was a nightmare dragging the kayaks down the steep and long driveway, across the state route wi the a blind curve, then down the “steps” (embedded stones) to the dock (which is very small, about 8 ft x 12 ft). They also make this sound like it’s no big deal to share the amenities with those……

“We had a wonderful stay in Millbrook. My 5yo declared it his favorite rental ever. We loved the kitchen, natural light in the living area and huge yard. The house is obviously well loved and has made lots of family memories. There is everything you could need or think of. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be back.”

“Vintage vibes complete with the smell of grandma’s home. Beds were uncomfortable. Furniture was vintage and not in great shape. Hall bath had moldy caulking around the tub. Spiders and small bugs coming out of the drains.”
