Fresh interior and exterior paint, new deck furniture, new furniture in pool area, all new furniture inside, new carpet, new lighting, hall baths refreshed with new fixtures and refreshed cabinets, master bath renovation with beautiful tile shower, ceramic tile flooring, kitchen renovation, top loft set up with gaming station and pool table, and all new Smart TVs throughout.
Bring your family to a quality family destination with beautiful interiors, a private pool, a hot tub, and just one house from the beach access. Cozy and charming, the coastal ambiance welcomes you upon arrival to enjoy a relaxing week at the beach. Families with small children would like the separation between the house and pool for additional safety. A large pool, ample decking for seating, and a pergola to help block the sun will make this the most popular spot at the house. The ocean views from the front decks are quite a beautiful bonus.
It's an easy walk to the beach and conveniently located near shopping, movies, restaurants, and other family activities. You will want to return to this lovely accommodation year after year!

An additional fee will be charged to the leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning, or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. The fireplace seen in the photos is non-functioning and not available for use. Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15.
All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
