“Fantastic property in a great location, just out of town. Wonderful view from the back deck. Very spacious living area. Comfortable firm bed. Easily heated room. Functional kitchen. “We booked 5 rooms at web with all the condition like kids. We got price offered after, but owner charged us $25 more per room after we arrived plus extra fee for two kids at different room, year 5 and 3. This owner must really short of money. We have room party after dinner, owner refused to clean next morning. We cleaned ourselves but charged $200 cleanig fee after we left. Checked with owner for any policy, said dont need.”

"房間大，清潔很好。但沒有空調是個大問題, 晚上不方便開啟窗戶通風，因在地上的房間窗戶開啟外面的人就很易進入，擔心保安問題。房間的窗戶不能有效通風。房間只有風扇，晚上會很熱。我發現由數年前開始已有很多評論反映沒有空調這個大問題，酒店都不大算改進，只推說紐西蘭空調不流行，實際上整個旅程只住了這一間酒店是沒有空調。而房間價格是十分昂貴"
