The whole place is beautiful. The sunset at the serena pier was outstanding. Had a few drinks with our friends and laid on the bean bags for a few hours til the sun set. We did try all 3 restaurants and the food is amazing. The staff of the hotel and restaurant are very friendly and accommodating as always. I forgot the F&B Manager’s name but he was very friendly and recommended a few must try items. Room was nice and clean. Free breakfast also. Just had a hard time with the wifi plus no cellular reception except by the pier. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay.

L’hôtel était super, le personnel était très à l’écoute de nos demandes et ils ont répondu à toute nos attentes. Ils y a deux restaurants plus une jetée pour boire un verre et prendre l’apéro pour le coucher de soleil! C’était magnifique. Merci à tout le personnel.

Incredible stay at BacuaBay, we stayed in the presidential suite with a family of 5 (2 adults 3 teenagers) and it was immaculate, very roomy, to spread out and very comfortable. Clean great bathrooms and pool is awesome and huge! The gardens are beautiful with jetty and a bar on the jetty, we loved our stay here. Staff could not be more helpful and friendl.

The staff were excellent and so were the daily brownies! The resort is very convenient to Coron itself if one wants to walk or a cheap "tricycle" taxi. Highly recommend.

The hotel is stunning, cocktails on the pier watching sunset. The hotel arrange a private boat trip run by a local family which was incredible. The Japanese restaurant was fantastic with flaming menu and every member of staff was attentive welcoming and lovely . Lots of special touches to make our stay memorable . I can’t speak highly enough about this hotel and their staff .

We had an excellent stay at Bacau Bay Resort Coron. The service was outstanding from arrival to departure, with attentive and genuinely hospitable staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The accommodations were comfortable, and the resort grounds were beautifully maintained. We also appreciated the variety of dining options available on the property. The buffet dinner was reasonably priced and featured a great selection of dishes, along with enjoyable entertainment from the fire dancers and acoustic band, making for a memorable evening. What stood out most was the warm hospitality and attention to detail from the entire team. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will definitely return the next time we visit Palawan. Highly recommended!
