This beautifully remodeled 3-story home has custom upgrades, modern decor, numerous windows for natural lighting, and views of the Gulf and Ship Channel, which is a few blocks away by car or golf cart. All floors are accessible from the inside as well. The ground floor has a set of custom wooden Twin bunk beds in an alcove, a laundry closet with a washer and dryer in the hall, a two-car garage, large enough for a boat/trailer, and ample parking in the driveway for more vehicles. Venture upstairs to the second floor to a spacious kitchen, where an avid cook will feel at home with quartz countertops, under cabinet lighting, open shelving, stainless steel appliances, a sizable island, a large window with a view, and is stocked with basic pots, pans, and utensils. There are two chairs and three stools around the island for visiting and prepping. Off of the kitchen is a dining room with seating for 6 surrounded by more windows with views of the deck and Gulf. Watch your favorite movie on the wall-mounted TV with cable and Wi-Fi while lounging on the large leather sectional, made for relaxing. Step out onto the deck to grill the day's catch on the gas grill or sip your morning coffee in the ocean breeze. This floor provides a bedroom (BR1) with a king-size bed, closet, nightstands, and wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom is comprised of a quartz vanity and a unique tile shower with a rain head and glass wall. It can also be accessed by the hallway leading to the third-floor stairwell.
Up to the third floor are two master bedrooms. (BR2) has a King-size bed, wall-mounted TV, built-in desk and lighting, and a great area for distance learning or a home office while on vacation. The ensuite bathroom contains quartz double vanities and a tub/shower. The second master bedroom (BR3) has a King-size bed, wall-mounted TV, nightstands, and a built-in desk with lighting. The ensuite bathroom is complete with quartz double vanities, a tile shower with a bench, a glass wall, and a rain head. Beside it sits the jacuzzi tub. This room has a private balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf. This accommodating home is just a few blocks away from the beach, restaurants, shops, and nightlife by car or golf cart.

Topless Palms Beach House

This place was excellent overall. We really had a nice time and hope to come back someday. The floor plan of the house is a little quirky (I wouldn’t want to live here) but was fun for a vacation. Great views of the gulf (although needs better deck furniture) and most everything you need in the kitchen. The inside is clean and comfortable although outside definitely needs some attention. Some landscaping would liven the place up some more (you’ll see why we refer to this place as “the topless palms” beach house. It’s a good 12 to 15 minute walk to the beach. We drove and it was easy to find parking on the beach. Great place!

Great House and super location

Property location was perfect, great Gulf side views, and easy trip to the beach by golf cart. Close to everything in the Port A area. Home was clean and well appointed. Ample parking that was well off-street. The house does have some owner items, there were chairs and other things in the garage, but nothing that caused any bother. Beds were all good, showers all worked, and the kitchen had everything needed. We were 8 in total, in town for a 5 day baseball tournament, and had a perfect place to return to after games and for the down time. Would love to stay there again in the future.

No hot water, dirty showers, lvg rm tv no cable, fridge was hot -but good view

We loved the privacy & loved the layout. The view was amazing. And location was great! However, we had no hot-or even warm-water in any shower. And we gave it time to “warm up”(which sadly just gave us time to notice how dirty and hairy the shower was.). The fridge never really got cold cause it was set so high when we got there. Cable didn’t work in living room. Definitely plan to go in and wipe things down, the coffee table had old crusty stuff on it and you could tell it had not been wiped down in a while. Finally, when we heated up the oven-the worst smell happened! Someone before us left a huge pan of ribs in the oven and they were rotten and molded, we unintentionally just warmed them up and had to deal with the terrible smell. Did not try calling management. I think a keypad for this property would be helpful because the check in / check out process and office location is not convenient at all.

We enjoyed the property. Wasn’t able to do much outside or at the beach because it rained every day. The kitchen island was a great gathering place for games and meals. Overall the house is really nice and would book it again.

Almost perfect

Our 5-day stay was very fun and would have been mostly perfect with a few changes. The kitchen is amazing! We loved the "coffee bar" except there were no coffee mugs; also, it needed a full sized kitchen trash can to handle actual cooking. For the 8 people staying here, I expected more than 6 bath towels. We did bring our own beach towels, but luckily I packed a few extra bath towels. Two of the three showers are open ended, and there was a lot of water to clean up on the floor. The ground floor really needs its own bathroom, at least a sink and toilet. I know that the owners are still making renovations as construction materials are still present. We did enjoy the large dining table as a place for games, but the chairs are quite heavy and difficult to maneuver. Many windows in common areas that could have had blinds (and needed them to keep the heat/light out) were simply left open, and due to the salty sea breeze, were dirty. We loved having the extra refrigerator in the garage for drinks, but it was not mentioned in the listing. Overall, we loved many parts of our trip and would recommend it to others, with just a few additions.

Large house with plenty of room

The property was great but the walk to the beach was a bit longer than expected as there is no direct path to walk down. Plenty of room for large groups or families. The check in process was a little annoying since we had to drive to a separate location to pick up the keys.

Excellent location!

Plenty of room for 2 couples. Yes the house had a few door issues, so we called, and Matt came out on a Sunday. We didn't have to wait on him, and he was able to fix things up. Would love to stay there again. In August , there was no marsh water around the house.

The layout of the property was perfect!

We had 8 people , four teenagers, and we were all very comfortable. Side note, the master baths (there’s 2) were enormous!!! Very pleasant stay, wonderful view of the beach from the balcony, pretty neighborhood and short walk to the beach. Will stay again!

Everyone had a good time. House was great, however, we were expecting a half bath downstairs that it didn't have. We had a disabled person with us that couldn't get up the stairs, so she had to stay somewhere else because there was no restroom downstairs as described in description of property.

Perfect house and location

House great for 3 singles. Each had own bedroom n bath. Easy access to town n 4 minutes from beach. Would rent it again. Golf cart is a must n lots of fun.
