The property was cool however the pool was always over crowded couldn't really enjoy it and the washer in the room was broke wasn't ablr to ise it they did send someone out to look at buy he wasn't able to fix it we did encounter some really bad guest next door to us they were very rude people

Everything was great. The AC did go out when we got there but the team was quick and they got us 5 portable cooler units that cooled the house down for the weekend, and made us comfortable. They also gave us a partial refund for our inconvenience.

Mini family vacation

Location to the beach and pool area were great. However the couch is worn and stained and the cushions are flat, very uncomfortable. The air conditioning struggles to keep up and is very loud. On a positive note, the number and arrangement of beds per room was perfect for our family, overall we had an enjoyable stay.

Will Return!

Although Hurricane Beryl scared us away earlier than we had hoped, we enjoyed the time we had in this beautiful and spacious condo. All of the amenities allowed us to feel at home and relax while on vacation. Padre is beautiful, and we look forward ro making this a regular trip for our family!

Cousin Trip

We enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were spacious and enough seating and dining area for 2 families. Water pressure was minimal downstairs but not a game changer for us. Downstairs bedroom/living was significantly warmer than upstairs due to the unit a/c being up there. But, it was not awful. No spices/PAM/bring your own.

Great condo; great location!

We brought a small youth group to stay at this condo and we had the best time! This condo was very clean with a great layout! And close to so many great beaches. We went to the USS Lexington and to a waterpark and they were each about 20-30 minutes away. Now I want to return here and stay with my family!

Charming two story perfect for a family getaway. Very well kept up with washer/dryer and all your kitchen needs. Very short drive to the beach.

Corpus Trip

Loved it. Although I thought it was in Corpus Christi. But it worked out great. We had a good time. It was a nice place. Parking was odd, not directly in front of the condo, it was in front of the one next door.

Weekend Getaway

Family fun in the sun

My family of 7 had a great time at this property. The teens and adults enjoyed the pool. Property was quiet and well kept. We we were moved to another unit due to this unit needing repairs during our planned stay. The booking team called right away with the alternate and we were very happy with the result. Our only complaint was all the road construction but that's not the property's fault. We would definitely return to this property.

Perfect location by the pool:)

We had another property reserved but the managers moved us to this property by the pool and it was great. Walk out the back door to the pool. Comfy beds and AC was cold and worked perfectly.

Great property and we would definitely stay here again!

Clean and comfortable property. Pillows need to be replaced. They are flat and hard. Refrigerator has a missing shelf which effects storage and door strip is loose so have to be careful when opening and closing it. Other than that no issues.

Bring Your Own Stuff

The location is perfect. Close to restaurants and convenience stores. Short drive to the beaches. The pool area is great. For a 4 night stay with 8 people we had only 12 towels. Beach days=showers...The pillows are hard and flat. Bed sheets are rough and itchy. No extra bedding for the pullout. No shampoo/conditioner etc as usually provided. Only 2 packs of laundry soap...we had to wash towels and such daily. Parking was weird...most guests ignored the unit numbers on the spots. The WiFi info that was texted to me was incorrect but the info in the binder was. Remotes for the downstairs bedroom needs replacing because most of the buttons do not work. The Tokugawa remote for the upstairs queen bedroom was never found. The front door was pretty dirty. No coffee filters.
