Great place for a little get away!

Stayed here with a group of friends for a few days and had a great time. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms, and great furnishings and not too far from beach access. Perfect for a little getaway

Family Vacation

Check in process was easy and quick the host graciously allowed us to check in early many thanks. The kitchen came with everything we needed and for that we were grateful. Our overall stay was exactly what we needed, we would definitely book again.

Girls weekend

This was the perfect spot for a girls weekend just a short walk from the beach and a five minute drive from town. Perfect spot for girls weekend or for a family very clean very spacious lots of room and all the amenities you need

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We weren't late to check in, but management was because final inspections had not been done until after we arrived. Lack of everything. We had one towel for all weekend, no dust pan with the broom. No extra anything. Very minimal. Be sure to bring your own stuff, because they aint got it.

Air conditioning was out when we arrived so we didn’t stay. Property manager was extremely helpful and moved us to another property immediately.

Nice beach house

Wasn’t sure about this place due to the last review. Got settled in and had a blast. There was sand between wood floor planks when we got there, but that’s what you get for a beach house. Quick drive to the beach access road so that was nice. We had a dually truck, Expedition, and Tahoe so that made for a tight fit for vehicle parking but it worked. Nice place, worth the money compared to other areas on Port A.

Lots of kitchen supplies were provide. The house is also a short drive to the beach. Great location. We were able to rent a golf cart and drive to the beach daily. Would stay here again.

The house was perfect and clean. Had everything we needed throughout the house. Great location and easy check in and out instructions. Would definitely stay again. Check in was a bit later then the 4 pm time but it was a super busy time on the island and it was only 30 minutes past.

Nice little place. But holy mosquitos!

They were aggressive and vicious. Could not even walk to the car without being eaten alive. They need to spray the area more.

Needs a good cleaning and TLC

Nice area, inside carpet heavily stained, most dishes were really dirty had food dried on. Master bedroom bed had tons of pet hair on side and under bed. drawers were broken, kitchen cabinets stained. Only 2 towels were provided for a weekend stay. Not worth the money spent.

Fabulous Time

We all had a fabulous time! The house was wonderful and had everything we needed. Great communication from the management company. Thank you for letting us know the little things we would need to bring like spices and essentials. Would have liked the opportunity to adjust the A/C. But, we should have brought our own fans since we like to cold at night. All in all, it was outstanding!

Reviewer Comments: I did not enjoy this trip for one the HOA man came and was very rude told us no more than 4 vehicles so we moved them and house # 14 had 5 cars are whole trip never there hold them anything our house leaked from the ceiling never will I stay at this royal palm again
