Beach Bliss

This was the perfect property for our family/friend vacation! I truly don’t have a single complaint. It was like a hidden treasure. We will definitely be back! Can’t wait!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we very much enjoyed our stay, but would like to point out these problem areas: (1) all the sliding doors neen fixing, (2) the 2nd floor balcony on right side is pulled away from house 2", (3) 2 rolls toilet paperin each bathroom, 4) our stay was 3 nights & only had 2 towels/washrags per person. The note on fridge says when leaving, set thermostat on 75, but check out text says 74.

Love this place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great place to stay. This cozy home has a spot for everyone. The pool is a short walk away and the beach is not to much further. This place feels very secluded since it is miles out of town so it is quiet and a great place to get away. The house was very clean and well kept. Be ready for lots of steps which was no problem for us but might be for some people.

Beachy Keen Port Aransas

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at Beachy Keen. Clean upon arrival, well stocked, lots of clean towels, beds were comfortable and the location was awesome. We've stayed at 4 Beach houses over the years and this was by far the shortest boardwalk to the beach. Pool on the property was nice as well, though the hot tub was a bit dirty. No doubt we would stay here again. Property management was really quick to answer when called, we didn't have the gate code when we arrived. The woman who answered the phone got us the info immediately and was very apologetic that it wasn't included in check-in info. When there's a small mistake made that's all you can expect. Very happy with the experience all around.

Some features were very nice. House has been remodeled with some nice upgrades , clean tile, countertops. Lots of linens. Nice balcony.Should have had more soap, shampoos, etc especially when knowing guests staying for few nights. Microwave/stove exhaust and light didn’t work. Kitchen pantry had a mess of stuff and was unsightly. Water pressure upstairs was poor at times. The downstairs room though attempted to be nice, was accessible thru unfinished, garages. Not so nice. We were planning to use it for elders who couldn’t go upstairs but was not conducive at all. Door to outside was unlocked and broken, and had to request for a repair, which was done promptly to their credit. Pictures showed Boardwalk with stairs. Fortunately it didn’t have that so it was easier to navigate with beach wagon. But property lacks ability to use a golf cart which is a minus. Overall was a good experience !

60th Birthday Bash - 80's Ladies

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The customer service from the property management were extremely rude. Kept telling me they sent the text with the information needed for the property!!We spent a lot of money to have been treated so unprofessional ! Lesson learned! Looking for a new property management for Port Aransas.

Enjoyed our stay!

House, Pool, Beach were well-located and convenient. (-) House had ants in the kitchen, including in the microwave. We bought ant-spray which fixed the problem. (-) Would have like to have known that the downstairs bedroom was accessed only from the outside. (-) the loose rope railing of the boardwalk was unstable.
