Great quiet location for families with small children.

Great amenities for small children including 4-way bunk beds in 1 BR, playground, small pool and close proximity to Rockport Beach, a surf-less beach for kids. Good restaurants close by. Home appliances and furnishings were great.

Final Days of Summer Vacation

2nd year returning to this sane location. Home is family friendly, clean, comfortable and cozy. Perfect location not far from beach or downtown Rockport. Great restaurants near by along with quick drive to Fulton Pier for night fishing. Look forward to returning for another fall fishing getaway!

Great for families

This property was perfect for our family including ages from 2 to 76. The home was clean and had everything you need for an extended stay. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and the kitchen had everything for cooking meals including an assortment of pots and pans. The only restaurant you could “walk to” though was along a busy road with no sidewalks. Other than that, it was great!

Perfect beach house for family!

We loved the location and the pool is great!! We had a tournament in Portland which was 20 Minutes Drive. Rockport beach was 10 miles minutes

Great rental.

This house is very nice, furnished well, and very clean. It is located right next to the pool and the playground. This is the second year we have rented and will most likely be renting again next summer.

Great vacay!

The property was well stocked and very clean. T he beds were very comfortable. Only had one minor problem and it was taken care of. Would have liked to have had the code to the bathroom at the pool.. but couldn’t get anyone to answer the numbers we called.. but maybe next time.. and hopefully there will be a next time.. will definitely book this property again.. very satisfied!

Very cute beach house with pool access

The house is very cute, clean, decorated well and right behind the community pool. However, there were a few things that need improvement. The kitchen is not very well stocked. The pots and appliances are very dated, old or worn. We couldn't find trash bags to change the trash. One of the kitchen cabinet doors was hanging off. It just needed a screw tightened. No big deal, but not sure why that hasn't been done. Also, cable on the TVs would have been nice. The instructions to access the cable were laminated and left on the couch. However, the cable had been disconnected. Would have been 5 stars if we could at least watch the local weather (there had been a lot of rain in the area), and watch the basketball game (for the males in our group). Also, there are no curtains on any of the windows. Some sleep best in complete darkness or a darkened room. Blackout curtains would have been nice to keep out the sun as well as muffle any sounds from outside- like the pool area where people hang out into the wee hours of the morning. We also had to drape a towel over the front door window for privacy. The neighbors across the street were hanging out outside and could see straight into our rental. Friendly, nice family but the privacy was lacking. Overall, a wonderful stay otherwise. If some of our concerns were addressed, we would definitely stay again.

Great Stay!

Such a great location in Rockport, close enough to town, but still nice and quiet. This was a fishing trip, and the site gave great access to all the boat ramps. And it was a pretty quick trip from the Corpus airport. It’s a very well appointed home that worked perfectly for our group of 4. The beds were very comfortable with great linens. The available washer and dryer was nice when we needed to refresh our clothes. There are a couple of great restaurants close by, especially Paradise Key, which is literally just a couple of minutes away. Oh, and the fishing was fantastic as well. I’d highly recommend Captain Joe Des Rosiers Blue Lagoon Lodge.

Never ending beeping noise

Arrived late in the evening, unloaded everything and sat down to enjoy a cool drink. The place was clean and easy to locate. Heard a beeping noise and upon investigation discovered it was the refrigerator. The beeping would not stop. After a while I contacted Vacasa all for them to tell me they knew about the beeping and had ordered the part which was coming in a week. That would have been nice to know beforehand. You could hear the beeping all the way back in the bedroom. Very annoying! Not a great experience!
