Perfect!

This condo is not only adorable it is very comfortable. The decor brings a sophisticated beach feel. The community is very nice and fun. The access to the beach can’t be beat. We had nine adults and three children and had plenty of room inside the condo. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary equipment and nice appliances. we have been going down to Port A as a large group for about 12 years and it is the first place we stayed that actually had an air conditioning that worked well. Even though the condos on the third floor, the elevator makes it so easy to access with no problems. my family will definitely rent this place again in the future.

Relaxing condo.

Loved the space. More than enough room for everyone to spread out. Had an issue with the bunk room balcony sliding door that has public access. Vacasa maintained team was extremely helpful. Hunter came late after hours to give us a temporary fix till it could be properly fixed the next day. Gaige went above and beyond to hunt down my package I needed for my next flight. It was delivered to another complex. Truly great Vacasa team at Palmilla. Thank you!

Room for everyone!

This condo has it all for large or extended families. We had my 85 yo parents in the primary room as it had an en suite bathroom. Bonus recliner in the room. The younger couples stayed upstairs and appreciated having their own space to relax. The living area is set up for tv viewing and relaxing. The kitchen was well laid out with all of the gadgets needed. We made some great meals and found clean up a breeze. The ability to text with the office was convenient and they were quick to respond. Use of the washer and dryer was welcome with that many people. Both pools were beautiful and well kept. We preferred the Agave pool as it was less crowded and laid back. We will definitely be back next year. Palmilla is elegant beach living.

Fabulous!

It was okay

Bunks being in open loft where noise goes up and down was disruptive for sleeping. Beware as pictures make it look like a 4th bedroom. This is in fact a 3 bedroom unit. Nook in queen room very loud with stair traffic. Sounded like thundering hooves. Poor assortment of kitchen dishes. Absolutely no storage containers to put stuff in the fridge if you cook in. Some cookware (pots/pans) not compatible with induction stove top. Took us a while to figure that out. Only one trash bag provided for our whole stay. Lights over vanity in downstairs bath do not work. For the cost, this unit has seen better days. Will not be booking this unit again.

Condo needs deep clean

As soon as we stepped into the condo, we noticed it was not cleaned. Dirty floors, rugs. dirty furniture no wash clothes at all. The pictures online do not show how dirty and worn the couch, rugs and dinning chairs are. Our time in Port A was pleasant. Good location. Had to contact management numerous times before someone was sent to sweep the floors and clean dirty patio furniture. I was asked to send pictures and it didn’t seem like this was an urgent matter for management. 7 people had to wait until the next day for the condo to be swept and towels brought. Poor customer service. I would not recommend this condo unless cleanliness is not an issue for you.
