WINTER TEXANS WELCOME!!! DECEMBER-JANUARY-FEBUARY
This coastal condo is steps from the beach and a golf cart ride to town. This condo is loaded with lovely coastal decor, comfortable furniture, and a private balcony. Enjoy the beautiful sunrises or the ships heading into the harbor as you sit in one of the six bar height rocker/swivels on the balcony. As you step into the condo you will be in awe with the well equipped spacious kitchen. Serve up to six guest at the dining table or sit in the 5 barstools that are next to the bar. Make yourself comfortable on the oversized sectional or recliner while watching the 65" smart tv. The main bedroom features a king size bed with a full size bathroom that includes a shower/tub combination. You will find a queen size air mattress in the closet. The second bedroom includes a king size bed with a full size bathroom which includes a shower/tub combination. The bedrooms have a 55" smart tv to watch your favorite shows.
We hope your stay will be filled with sun, sand, and many memories to cherish.

We love it so much we had to go twice this season. Perfect for the spouse and kids. Walkable access to beach and pool, 5 minute drive to store and restaurants, all the convenience and ameneties of The Dunes.

Wonderful beach front condo

We've made a tradition if staying at this winderful property. Owners are super responsive and helpful. The condo itself is beautifully maintained with little details that helps you relax and enjoy your beach vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay and it was nice on the first floor! Big, comfortable beds with 2 kings. The kitchen was well stocked and there is lots of seating in the living room. The little extras like hangers in the closet and extra blankets are really appreciated.The window coverings are not full blackout but give privacy. We loved how close we were to the beach and the pool is on the small side but it was cool and clean which was really nice after the beach. There is also access to a gas grill and fire pit beyond the pool area - we didn’t use it, but looked like a nice area. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Very clean and cozy. The hosts were so friendly and constantly followed up to make sure everything was as it should be. The beds and pillows were comfy and had a great nights sleep every night. The pool was great not many people there so it was peaceful and relaxing. Would definitley recommend this condo and if we would 100% book again! *** No ceiling fans but they do have a stand up fan in each room just fyi for people who need fans like my family does lol we still bring a box fan with us wherever we stay***

Perfect location and fabulous hosts!

I booked a double birthday weekend trip to the beach. This is the perfect location walking distance to the beach. The condo is beautiful and an amazing view. We had to cut our trip short due to an impending hurricane. The hosts were kind and worked with us. We’ll definitely be back!

Quick trip

We had a quick weekend trip to Corpus for a gymnastics meet and decided to spend the weekend in Port aransas. This condo is in town, right on beach. Heated pool, hot tub and perfect for us. The condo was clean, comfortable and owners were exceptional. So nice and easy to work with. Congo has everything you need and again location was great! Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo @ the Dunes

We had a great stay in this beautiful first floor unit at the Dunes. A last minute change of plans (Hurricane Beryl) took us from Galveston a little further south to Port A and this . This place is spacious and has everything you need to make your time away from home special. We had great mornings on the balcony watching morning storms come in. You are just a short walk to the beach too! The owner Jackie, was very responsive and the check-in process waas so easy! Highly recommend.

Perfect Family Getaway

This condo was perfect for my family of 4 plus our nanny. The condo was beautiful, just as the pictures if not better. The condo was on the beach and we walked there everyday. The condo was quiet and very peaceful. The staff was welcoming. The host, Jackie was very quick to respond when I reached out the day were were traveling in to town. She was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. We very much enjoyed our stay and plan to return! Thank you

Perfect (Beach) Family Vacation

The condo was beautiful and comfortable! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Dunes. Jackie and Scott were very accommodating and did everything possible to make sure we had everything we needed. We especially appreciated being notified early that the condo was ready before 4 PM to check in. That was a plus as we were excited to get our vacation started. All the staff at the Dunes were super friendly and the Dunes is a great location to the beach with perfect amenities, having a pool and awesome beachside BBQ station. Thank you so much for such a wonderful time and great memories with family.

Close to the beach

I was having issues the the vrbo site but was able to communicate with the owner with ease. The condo is very well decorated. Extremely close to the beach!! Condo staff were very kind! Was able to use the fire place outside a few nights. We know the area very well as we visit a few times a year. Always wanted to stay at this location. Even with spring break you couldn't tell with this condo. Very quiet. Great parking. Close to great food. Owners are amazing!

Nice

Obviously rehabbed and redecorated after hurricane Harvey in 2017. Nice, clean and well appointed. Very limited water view due to first floor location but that also added to convenience. Early check-in offered by and confirmed with Jackie (owner) was great too. Unfortunately, on-site management didn’t get the memo…in fact they didn’t even have record of our reservation at all. Elderly woman, assistant at the front desk blamed it on Vrbo computer. I’m not sure how that could happen because I am confident that Jackie verbally confirmed early check-in. When I said the condo owner confirmed check-in, the elderly assist said she wasn’t working that day. I didn’t state what day Jackie and I communicated. Got the feeling she “doth protest too much”. I suspect instead of confirming early check-in, she deleted our reservation. It all worked out though as the other/competent check-in agent was able to get ahold of Jackie to confirm our reservation.

Now I know 1st hand why the reviews are so GREAT!!

Let me just start by saying that very seldom (maybe never) does the actual property surpass expectations and turn out even better than the pics. More often than not, pictures are out dated or fluffed up, so to speak, and there is always a tad bit of disappointment. You all know what I'm talking about, right? Well our recent stay was such a pleasant surprise. The owners started out top notch with answering al of my little, probably very annoying questions. Their response was always prompt and not once made me feel like they were bothered. The day of i received a phone call from the, letting e know that the unit was cleaned a little earlier than check in and that we were more than welcome to head on over...how nice was that! When we arrived the entry to the facility was welcoming and the check in process was a breeze! The unit itself was larger than we expected and it was decorated perfectly and was spotless. There's surface clean and then clean/clean as I call it and it was "clean/clean" The locating was ideal we just hated to leave. The only thing I would change would be my knowledge on how to work the televisions because there were 3-4 remotes and they were much smarter than myself ha! Zero doubt that if we go back to Port Aransas we will not even look for another place to stay or another host because we have found our spot!

Great location, great property!

Although we had an issue checking in, the owner remedied the issue and even went out of her way to try to make it right. The location was perfect and the view was astounding! We will absolutely stay again.

Jackie’s home was spotless and beautiful. The location is perfect — just a 3-minute walk to the beach. The furniture and kitchenware are complete and of high quality.
