When you're looking to get out and about, head to Rockport Pier, Rockport Beach Breakwater Pier, the Official History Center for Aransas County, Rockport Beach Park, or Fulton Mansion State Historic Site, all close by.

At day's end, walk through the front door to find a bright and inviting oceanic theme and an open-concept floor plan that provides plenty of room for you and your guests. The living room features a plush nautical couch, other comfortable furnishings, and a smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen awaits your master chef so they can prepare your favorite home-cooked recipes. Chill your favorite bottle of wine in the beverage fridge, then kick it up on the deck and admire the view of the glistening waters. There's also an additional wet bar on the main level near the kitchen and dining area.

In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.


If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
