Relaxing with the Family

The house is located in a great area, close to many places to eat, shop and browse. There is a golf cart rental service in the area that makes it fun to browse around. There is plenty of space in this open concept home. The management team are accessible if you have a question or need assistance. My parents are in their 80's and this home was easy for them to get around with no problems.

Rockport Visit

There were 7 of us in town for the Hummingbird Celebration. Plenty of room for all of us. Convenient location for all our activities. The dock was not available for our stay, but the back porch overlooking the bay was awesome.

Great house and awesome location

Wonderful house, nice accommodations and perfect location right on the water. We did lots of fishing and sitting on the porch enjoying the scenery. Property mgmt company was great to work with! We hope to come back to this house next year!

Great house and great location.

The house was fantastic, although there was a party before we checked in and there was confetti on the floor and all the outside trash cans were overfilled. We loved the house. The pier is nice and the loved the back patio. There is no outside water on the back deck or pier and no electricity at the pier.

Great property!

Property is PERFECT for a large party who enjoy being right on the bay. Youngsters (and some oldsters) LOVED fishing and diving off pier. From chillier to toastier activities, the hot tub was a giant hit for young and old alike. We are a 3 generation group of 3 families. We all said this is best layout we’ve ever had. Amenities all first class. LOVED our stay

Nice home and location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. However, it would have been nice if the pier had been repaired and the hot tub was a nasty green, foamy, slick mess. I contacted VRBO and got a quick response that the owner would send out a pool service. I never heard back and so the hot tub was unusable.

Spacious home

We loved everything about the house, it was very clean and spacious for all of us and our guest to hang out. The deck and the dock were roomy enough for everybody to hang out and fish. The only thing I would recommend isto put another TV somewhere in the house..

We were a group of 8 adults and found the house comfortable and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed for food preparation. We enjoyed fishing from the back deck, but we wished the lighting was better. The house only had one TV. It would be nice if there were TV’s in the bedrooms.

Bay Breeze Blessing

Our group enjoyed staying in your home. We all had a fabulous time of much needed rest and relaxation. We even put together one of the jigsaw puzzles you provided…only one piece was missing..lol The house is not equipped with an outdoor grill, which had I researched better before booking, wouldn’t have changed my mind about booking here, it would have changed my grocery list. We made due with cooking our ribs and brisket in the oven. But an outdoor grill would have been so much tastier..and less work on momma (me). The whole stay was a win for our group! Great House!

Hummingbirds and the bay

The location was perfect. The deck was awesome. Like other reviewers, lights on the pier would have been a good feature. We were disappointed that the 4th bedroom had to be accessed though another bedroom from inside. The stairs to it was lacking a handrail. Should be an easy safety remedy. Central space was large and accommodated everyone. The bay view at sunrise was spectacular. We had fun crabbing from the pier. A great way to celebrate my dad's 100th year!

This home was perfect for our 3 generation family. We really enjoyed the views from the back deck; perfect for enjoying coffee every morning while watching the dolphins. We also utilized the dock for fishing. The space in this home was perfect: nice sized bedrooms, bathrooms and living/kitchen/dining areas. The location was ideal; just a very short drive (a mile or so) from restaurants and HEB and Walmart. It is also just a few minutes from Rockport Beach! One day during our stay, we also went to the beach in Port Aransas and it was an easy drive. The home was very clean and checked all the boxes for us. Vacasa was quick to respond to texts which was very convenient. Note: the 4th bedroom is connected to another bedroom/bathroom but has an exterior door. This was perfect for us as we had teenage boys with us that stayed in that room with the couch and bunk beds. Overall, we were impressed and would definitely stay here again!
