Enjoy the peacefulness of El Cortez on Mustang Island, just three miles south of Port Aransas. This one-bedroom second-floor condo is nestled within the tropical landscape and offers all of the amenities of home. Decorated in neutral shades, the open living room is made up of a large, plush sectional with an ottoman that converts into a sofa sleeper, a TV with cable and a sliding glass door to the balcony. The full kitchen is equipped with all things needed to prepare a meal with spacious Corian countertops, white cabinets and stainless steel appliances, both a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Sit down for meals at the dining table with seating for six and two additional stools at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom (BR1) contains a King bed, a dresser, a closet and a TV. The ensuite bathroom holds a vanity and a large tiled shower with a glass door. There is also a full-size washer and dryer for your use during your stay. Take in the ocean breeze while sitting out on the balcony with your morning coffee or cold beverage. This complex offers a new golf cart accessible boardwalk to the beach. After a day of fun at the beach, cool off in the shared pool, or grill up snacks and dinner on the shared grills.
