Has potential but lacked in cleanliness
Cute condo and nice location but the cleanliness issues will prevent us from staying here again.3 dead cockroaches were present in the unit when we arrived. There were no trash bags, dish soap or paper towels in the kitchen as promised. I checked the bed linens and the king bed linens had makeup stains and other stains as well as hair. They were wrinkled and not laundered from previous guests. The twin bed linens were the same.There was a load of towels in the dryer but only one washcloth and hand towel in the condo.I called housekeeping and they said all would be fixed and would have someone put clean sheets on.We returned back to condo at 10:30 pm to find a small bag of trash bags and dish soap. The sheets hadn’t been changed.I stayed up until midnight laundering sheets.I then discovered the bathtub shower doesn’t drain well so the next morning reported that. Was told maintenence would fix it. No one came to fix it. The guest services rep. did refund the cleaning fee.
