This house was one of the best ones that we have stayed in and we take several trips a year to the texas coast. Love the location and the views are unbeatable! Hot tub was an amazing bonus!! Very clean and well equipped.

Amazing Beach House on the Texas Coast

We had an amazing stay at this beach house in Fulton, TX! The place was perfect for a relaxing family getaway. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great—just a short walk to the water and a close drive to local restaurants and shops. We loved the peaceful vibe and spent a lot of time enjoying the porch and sea breeze. The host was friendly and responsive, which made the experience even better. Would absolutely stay here again!

The home was extremely nice & new in a great location to sit out and enjoy the view or walk to the park for fishing or playground as well as other places. The grandkids loved the pool it was clean and inviting and just overall quaint property and peaceful!

Weekend getaway

We had never been to the area before and the condo was amazing. Water views, quaint neighborhood, shops and restaurants within walking distance, community pool was nice, hot tub. This place has it all. I would highly recommend this place and would stay again if I’m in the area,

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Experience was good, minus the no wifi, no tv, no Internet,the Jacuzzi being to dirty to use, and the leftover food in the fridge that filled a trash bag full the moment we arrived,the stay was good. View is amazing and great to see every day. Food is close and good.

Beautiful house

The house is beautiful with high end finishes. Great location. Super comfortable and lots of space. Would love to see the back yard fenced it but maybe it’s coming since more houses are being constructed. Enjoyed the view of the water from the 2nd floor balcony.

nice place to stay

loved just about everything about the place, location, cleanliness, allowed our dog and the view. A walk to the pier or wall to fish all night was amazing, boiling pot a couple of streets over was all we needed. We rented a golf cart that let us travel to most destinations, even as far as rockport beach, taking the back streets was nice even in this heat, we barely broke a sweat. The pool was nice and clean but we didnt get into the hot tub, didnt look ready and with this heat, we didnt need it. We love our family trips to the coast and would definitely look into this place again.

Very nice place.

The house is clean and very nice. The manager checked on us to make sure all was good. The check-in process was a breeze. It is a very convenient location close to the Fulton Pier, and Rockport Beach. I loved the View and the deck was perfect for sitting and enjoying the Sunrise and Sunset. We caught fish right across the street. I hope to be able to stay again. They set the bar very high, All other places will have a hard time reaching it.

Great Location and lovely place but some maintenance issues

We enjoyed the place Nd the location to everything. The place had some repair issues that needed addressed, especially the top step on the way to the middle landing which was not completely nailed down. Drawers in the downstairs bathroom were off track and not functioning and my daughter was hit on the head by a falling window rod cover that was taped in place. Oytherwise several of the pots and pans were rusty beyond useable and the dishes were not all cleaned very well.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the vacation rental was good. Price was right and there wasn't a long list of chores to do at check out. Property manager was very responsive to several issues that came up (arrival app not working, Google map address clarification, and internet issues).However I do feel that the photos are somewhat misleading. There is no sandy beach access from the house. Nearest beach is about 2 miles away. Pictures also show a boardwalk with rides which may only be seasonal. There isn't a whole lot of kid friendly things to do nearby. We ended up driving to corpus christi one day to find some things to do.House was well stocked and clean. Plenty of dishes, cooking supplies, etc.Kids did swim in the pool and the hot tub.Location would be our biggest complaint.
