Wow! It was spectacular.

Reviewer Comments: We knew it was a large house and initially just booked for quick weekend with a seaside view and the beach, but it was so much bigger than we expected. It just kept going. We are already looking for a longer trip in the summer for the whole family. There are 4 king suites with tons of space and private bathrooms. An elevator to all floors, a fireplace, and double washer and dryer. The kitchen has a whole separate bar with two extra mini fridges and an icemaker. There’s a huge smart tv in every bedroom and it was great for watching the game while seeing the water out the windows. The pools and restaurants were wonderful, and the beach chair set up was so convenient and so necessary to relax without hauling a bunch of stuff. I think I’ve found my new favorite beach house. We can’t wait to get back.

The house is one of the older properties and needs some maintenance work, but our family of 13 enjoyed it and the set up was great! Loved the king beds in the bedrooms and our young kids loved the was nice to drive right up to our umbrellas and chairs! A great family vacation....

We had a lot that backed up to the Gulf with excellent views and very easy access to the beach. The house was spotless, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed.That said, the home design had too many floors, the houses felt crammed close together, and the garages weren’t really functional. One puzzling omission was the lack of a water softener.

Reviewer Comments: the house was great for our family of 10 and met location, layout, and amenities perfectly. however a few suggestions: since we arrived later than expected due to traffic congestion, and to meet our dinner reservation we unloaded produce, beer, wine, soft drinks quickly into what we thought was the refrigerator in the kitchen. it actually was a full freezer and everything exploded and was ruined when we opened the door the next day. since it looks exactly like the other appliance in the kitchen, perhaps you could somehow identify it as THE FREEZER, no outdoor furniture off master to enjoy the wonderful beach view, no hair-dryers in any bathrooms, ice maker in bar area non functioning, elevator was great and a game changer, water alarm went off and water shut down which was interesting. the staff in the office was great and assisted us very well i would definitely recommend this home and stay in it again.
