Nice house

The house is cozy/comfy - very clean inside (which is a huge priority for me), stocked well and it was great having the pool to ourselves! I would definitely recommend staying here if you have a small group of family and friends that want to enjoy some quality time together. The check in process was extremely easy and the host was readily available if we needed anything. Overall it was a great experience!

Overall impression is poor. The online description did not reflect the current condition of the property.The yard is not neatly manicured as portrayed in the photos. There were dead bushes in the front and the back yard was not recently mowed, nor evidence of weedeater trimming. Entire back yard was a sticker patch.Outdoor patio furniture was dirty. The size of the yard was also misrepresented. It was small and the pool had a gate around it making it difficult to enjoy as a family. I tried to use the backyard water hose to wash off the patio and furniture, but could not get the water to turn on.The inside of the house appeared clean initially, but once i took off my shoes, it was apparent the floor was dirty and had not been mopped.The second bathroom sink had a trickle of water. The water valves under the sink were frozen and could not be adjusted.BedroomsBedroom 2 & 3 were ok. The Master bedroom looked nice, but my daughter who stayed in this room had bites on her arm after night 1 and another bite after the second night. We searched the bed and found a live bed bug. We videoed it crawling on the night stand and notified VBRO by email an hour later after checking out. We also checked under the bedding and found the mattress was wrapped in plastic. Indicating they knew there was a problem.I sent photos supporting these comments lastnight and requested the rental managers or owners contact me. It has been 24 hours and no one has reached out.Do not rent!
