Ascend to the second-story master suite, where a private water view balcony awaits. Now, let’s not forget about the crown jewel: the expansive paradise deck right on the water! Enjoy breathtaking views of the canal as you kick back in your private hot tub, or grab a fishing pole and try your luck at catching the biggest fish of the season for a chance to win a free night’s stay!
Whether you’re in the mood to relax with your favorite tunes on the Bluetooth outdoor stereo, whip up frozen drinks in the blender, or fire up the huge grill for a barbecue, our deck has it all. And don’t forget, the beautiful beach is just a mile away!
After a fun-filled day at the nearby FREE Padre Balli Beach Park, return home for an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and plan your next adventure. Just remember, you're on island time now!

WE ARE A DRUG FREE PROPERTY!
Marijuana is an illegal drug in the state of Texas.
There will be a $250 fine if the unit is found to have the smell of smoked marijuana smoke.
There will be a $250 fine if the unit is found to have the smell of raw unsmoked marijuana.
Today’s raw marijuana has an extremely pungent aroma that enters the furniture and walls.
If the unit is unrentable due to the smell of illegal drugs, you will be liable for the loss of any rental income.
It is acceptable to smoke legal products only on the exterior of the condo. Ie The balcony. However, the same $250 fine applies for the unit smelling of tobacco products.
WE ARE A PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY
There is a $200 fee for each dog with a maximum of (2) two.
Your dog must be 35 pounds or less. NO dogs over 35 pounds and NO cats allowed.
You will be required to complete a PET ADDENDUM for each pet and return prior to check-in.
If any pets found to have visited the property without the $200 pet fee, then the guest of record will be charged $250 per pet documented, regardless of pet ownership.
Note: The canal deck is located on the ground floor (no steps) for easy access. For your safety, we have Ring doorbell cameras recording 24/7 at the front door and facing the boat dock.
