Great property

This was a great rental on the water, had every thing we needed, was very clean and cool when we walked in. Management was responsive and helpful

Great location on the island.

This 3 story villa was in a great spot on North Padre Island. Couple issues the grill is broken and doesn’t work, the oven is not sealed properly so doesn’t hold temperature, and the carpets were stained throughout the property. In additional the elevator was having all kinds of mechanical issues.

Great for entertaining

This was our second corporate retreat to this location. This is the perfect location to entertain and has plenty of room to spread out. We especially love the second and third floor balconies. Only suggestion we would have to the owners is to add wireless access points as the internet connectivity is terrible on the second floor. For a corporate retreat, connectivity to the internet is very important to us, but probably not as important to a family for travel.

Vacation at Padre Villa #104

Beautiful Villa with modern decoration, large nicely appointed kitchen, plenty of room, and great view over Padre Island's Channel. Regretfully, no WIFI service was provided during our stay with no satisfactory explanation of why this advertised amenity was not available. Also, the outside grill was not cleaned and did not work. A temporary repair was attempted, and, again, the fix of this listed amenity was not satisfactory.

Beautiful place!!

My family and I really enjoyed this vacation home!! It was definitely one of the nicest places we've been to. My children enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony and we loved how close we were to the beach. The jetted tub was fun! This will definitely be our home away from home!! We will be back for sure!!

Nicest place on the island

Amazing !!! Lived on the island for 5 years now I’m in Houston this is the best experience you can have in north padre !!! 360 water views !!!

Amazing!

The home is beautiful and well thought out. Clean and kept up. We caught lots of fish off the doc. Kept the kids busy. So close to the beach as well! Will definitely be back.

Will stay again!

We rented this home for my nephews birthday. The home was roomy enough for my whole family. The property was clean and just as advertised. The beach was just a few blocks away. Our favorite part was being able to fish in the back yard! We had to contact the managing company a few times for questions and they were very quick to respond. We will definitely rent this home again.

Great for large groups

All in all, the place was perfect for large groups. Having a fully stocked kitchen to prep meals made everything a lot simpler. The place was very clean. My only complaint is the listing mentioned the elevator, however, it was not accessible, which would've made moving luggage to the 3rd floor a lot easier. In addition, the grill was dirty, littered with metal bristles, and only the left side of the grill was functional.
