Fresh seafood at many local restaurants or take a short mid morning drive over the Harbor Bridge to the T-Heads to meet the fishing and shrimp boats to purchase their daily catch. Once you prepare your food, eat on the balcony(seats 4 on round table with seating for additional 2 on bar stool and table).
Boardwalk at T-Heads you can rent bicycles, skates, and sail boats. Charter deep sea fishing or Group Bay Boat Tours also available.
The Condo has 35 units of mostly owner occupied units. Nice peaceful surroundings. Winter Texans come back year after year and develop a sense of community with friendly owners.

Condo is very well maintained. Maid service available on a weekly basis for an additional $100 charge.
