The condo was very nice. Despite it being in the courtyard you could even see the ocean from the front door! The heated pool was also very useful as we were there on a cold weekend!

This was our first time staying with Padre Escapes and we had a great time! Pool is great and being able to easily walk to the beach makes it super convenient. It feels like we unlocked a cheat code because many places in Port A or Corpus Christi that offer this value for these amenities, cleanliness, and convenience are almost impossible to find in peak season. We’ll be coming back!

This is first time staying in this one bedroom condo it was nice but lacked simple amenities I am used to staying there . I only had 2 forks , 1 small bowl to mix in and very small pot to boil food in. I have stayed in a 2 bedroom in the past 25 years and always had better amenities.

Returning guest - Condo updated.
We have been staying at the complex for years, however, had not been back since before pandemic. Condo has been updated, was clean & comfortable. Great Wi-fi which was spotty before. Bathroom fan needs repairing and a basic cookie sheet would be helpful. Overall - very pleased w/the accommodations.

This was our second stay in this condo. It is a great location, right on the beach and quiet. The complex is well maintained, there are maintenance people always doing something to make sure it stays that way. The condos are cleaned well before arrival and an office that is staffed during the day if you need anything.

Nice, clean, comfortable! Exactly what we wanted! Great pricing! Steps to the pool and ocean! No ocean view of course but the pool view was very nice. And it was amazing being on the first floor! Slept great! Nothing negative to say! Thank you for sharing the condo with us!!

Pool area was well manicured. Rooms were very clean (no sand in the room). Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. Approach to the beach was safe and convenient. coding into the complex from the beach area was secure. The beach was clean. The AC vent in the living room seemed to need some attention due to discoloration on the ceiling. We enjoyed our stay and will come again !! We will stay a week next time. (The HEB was convenient.)

They keep you informed throughout the entire process, from the time you make the reservation, through the payments, what you need to do before and after you arrive. The people in the office are very helpful and friendly. Our unit had issues with the microwave not working and they were able to find a countertop unit that we could use, the bedroom TV was unwatchable and that was never repaired..
