Built in 2015, it has spacious rooms and all the amenities your group will desire, and the beautiful beaches of Port Aransas are just a short golf cart ride away. Made for making memories, the open-concept floor plan combines the kitchen, dining, and comfy living area.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas cooktop stove, both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, and a large pantry. The dining area seats eight, with an additional six seats at the breakfast bar.
After a day at the beach, relax next to the private saltwater pool and palapa. Enjoy listening to your music on the built-in Bluetooth SONOS speakers and cooking on the gas grill in the outdoor kitchen.
The master suite downstairs (BR1) has a king-size bed, and the ensuite bath has a soaking tub, walk-in shower, double vanities, and large walk-in closet. Upstairs is a second master suite (BR2) with a king-size bed, a large closet, and a private entrance to the balcony that overlooks the backyard and pool area. The ensuite full bath has a walk-in shower. (BR3) This room is complete with two Queen beds, nightstands, and a large closet. The ensuite full bath has a walk-in shower. A fun bunk room completes (BR4) with 3 sets of twin bunk beds. This room also has a full bath with a tub/shower combo. Each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and ceiling fans.
Enjoy the coastal breezes and the sound of waves rolling from the upstairs balcony, overlooking the pool, for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. The game room upstairs is loaded with fun! Shuffleboard table, foosball table, cocktail arcade machine, numerous family board games, large TV, DVD player, and Spectrum cable. The large sectional couch can be converted into a queen-sized bed for additional sleeping space. There are also 2 beach bicycles for your use.

Private Heated Pool: Can be heated for $50 per day and MUST be for the duration of your stay. Pools are serviced weekly, upwards of twice per week during the summertime. Services may be performed while occupied.

Golf Cart Included for the entire stay, SHORT TERM RENTALS ONLY Subject to a $10 fuel charge.
