From the main level, located on the 2nd floor, you will find a large living room and an open-concept gourmet kitchen. The dining table seats a crowd and is ideal for sharing a family meal! The living area features a sitting area, with a full sofa and sectional sofa. The couch pulls out to a bed for additional guests. Guests have direct access to a large upper deck with outdoor furniture that overlooks the pool.
Across from the living room, you'll find 3 relaxing bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom and private balcony with Gulf views! Bedroom 2 is just down the hall and offers a queen-size bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen-size bed. These bedrooms share a full bathroom. On the first floor are 2 additional bedrooms. Bedroom 4 is large and has 2 queen-size beds. Bedroom 5 is a bunk room that has a triple bunk bed. There is a full bathroom shared by these 2 bedrooms. Outside you will find a grill picnic tables and plenty of comfy Adirondack chairs for lounging. Additional amenities include boat parking, washer and dryer, outdoor shower and private parking for up to 6 cars. No garage access.
