Conveniently located two blocks from the beach, Sebo Seaside is a beautifully remodeled home with many high-end upgrades and a neutral coastal décor throughout. The entire first floor is comprised of an open-concept living and dining space. The chic living room is detailed with a grey palette and white shiplap walls. Relax on the sofa and accent chairs with ottomans around the 50” flat-screen TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Practice your culinary skills in the updated kitchen with spacious quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances, stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. Gather for meals at the formal dining table with seating for six and additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. Off of the kitchen, is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. The downstairs full bathroom is at the bottom of the staircase with a large vanity sink and tile shower.
Venture upstairs where you will find three bedrooms and two baths. The master suite (BR1) is outfitted with a King bed and a 42” flat-screen wall-mounted TV, nightstands, and a built-in window seat, perfect for reading a book. The ensuite master bathroom features a double vanity and a walk-in shower with tile accents and a glass enclosure. The bunk room (BR2) has two Twin over Twin bunk beds, a closet, and a wall-mounted TV. The guest room (BR3) has a queen-sized bed, nightstands, closet, and wall-mounted TV. The adjacent shared hallway bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination. Walk out onto the screened-in balcony which has partial ocean views, a ping-pong table, and ample seating for evening gatherings or afternoon naps.
Sebo Seaside offers a private oasis in front of the home with a resort-style pool, a shaded patio with an outdoor table for dining, a wooden swing, a charcoal grill, and plenty of loungers for soaking up the sun beside the pool. This home is just 2 blocks from the beach and 0.3 miles from shops and restaurants.

WE enjoyed the stay in spite of a great deal of difficulty getting into the house. The whole digital sign in and document signing was a cluster. WE didn't get the final ok, to get into the house, even after several e-docs being signed, that we were going to get the house, as we were on the way down. Check in was 4 and it was 3:45 pm before they finally got it together and got us the needed information to get into the house. Once in, it was a great house and very close to everything.

We go to Port A every Summer, usually with a big group, between 35-50 people and have been going for about 12 years… this year it was just our family, plus my daughters fiancé and my Sons buddy… this place had more than enough room, and was loaded with everything we could’ve needed… Location was unreal , like literally 100 yards to the beach … can’t say enough good things about our experience, and we’ll definitely be back !!!!

Perfect location—close to the beach and close enough to the main drag for convenience without all the noise. The pool was perfect for the kids and the house was very nice and clean. The beach gear drop off and pickup service was very nice too!

Had a few dirty dishes in the cupboard but other than that the house was perfect location, right at the beach access road, one block away from the sand. Great private pool that the kids loved in the evenings. Golf cart & beach gear were a bonus!

The house was great for 6 of us ladies that stayed. Very close to the beach to catch the sunrise and sunset. House was very accommodating and well stocked. We paid to heat the pool and ohhhh was that nice! The golf cart being included was awesome and the cart itself was new and so fun! Beds were comfy and the bonus of finding a ping pong table up on the screened in patio was PERFECT! 3 of us played for quite some time. We would rent this house again for sure.

The location of this property was perfect, close to the beach and the town center. Since the property came with the option of a golf car rental, it made things a lot easier. The golf car was already at the property when we arrived, we just had to stop by the office to pick up the key and pay for the extended days. The house was very cute and the pool was a super nice. We enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay again!

Our family stayed for a week, two young kids and a 4 month old. The house was perfect, had everything we needed and no real complaints. The pool is perfect for young kids, was managed well, and very clean. Walking distance to the beach. Easy access. We’ve stayed at a lot of different places and we had a fantastic experience. Will definitely be back.
