Birds of Paradise, a 3 bedroom, 2.5bath townhouse that sleeps ten comfortably, located in the gated community of Village Walk, is just what you have been looking for. With two community pools that are heated during the winter months for you to savor.
The front porch is so inviting with rocking chairs to sit out on and enjoy the evening air. As you enter on the first floor down the hallway to the right is BD1) this bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed, as well as a full-size trundle, a nightstand with lamp, a closet and a TV.
Down the hall in BD2) is a king bed, nightstands with lamps, a closet, and a TV. Between the two bedrooms is a jack and jill style bath with a walk-in shower, granite countertops, and a sink.
Also, on the first floor is a large laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for your use during your stay.
As we move up to the second floor, we arrive at the open concept living space, where natural light from all the windows will make you feel like you are in a tropical paradise.
The kitchen has stainless steel and black appliances, very well stocked with everything you will need to prepare all your delicious meals for your family. For all coffee lovers, both a Keurig and a regular drip coffee maker.
The dining area has a sizable table with seating for six, three other chairs throughout the house, that can be used with the table, another small table with stools for four. There are six more barstools at the kitchen bar area.
The living area has a plush sofa, (which also makes a queen size bed), a love seat to match, and a side chair, perfect for enjoying movie night together, and a TV with Spectrum cable and Wi-Fi.
Enjoy waking up the Port A mornings out on the deck, Adirondack chairs, and some tables to sit out on and greet the day.
The master BD3) is also located on this level, and it is complete with a king bed, nightstands with lamps, a chest, a large walk in closet, and a TV. There is also a futon that makes a bed in this room. The en suite bath has a garden tub, a gorgeous tiled walk-in shower with dual showerheads, two granite countertops, (his & hers) with vanity sinks. This master also has a small private deck to sit out on, with a cafe table to enjoy.
