Nice value getaway location for a group of friends or family.
Overall our stay was great. The propriety manager was very nice as was the maintenance guy. A couple of things to note is there was a bit of a ladybug problem but they sent someone out immediately the next day to spray and vacuum. I suspect a more long term solution may be needed if they keep coming back but it’s just ladybugs. Beware that the downstairs toilet can result in a surprise bidet and or splashing when the upstairs toilet is flushed. I am not sure if plumbing needs to be worked on but this happened to a couple of us. But given it was a bunch of guys for a weekend we just turned it into a prank.
A couple of things the property manager should/is considering for the future is another TV in a common area. Maybe consider having power towels and replacing the vacuum on site. It does not work very well.
All the towels and beds were clean. Sleeping 7 adults was a little rough but there are two couches and a couch pullout bed. As well as the two twins and a queen or full. Not sure which it was.
Again overall it was a great stay and the manager was awesome to help when we had any issues.
