「The staff dont seem to be super welcoming. Not much smiling and dreary kinda. We do like staying here on the upper floor as last time we were right across from the floor 1 ice machine and would be woken up at 4/5 in the morning to staff getting ice. This time it was a lot quieter even being next to the elevator.」
