"The grounds were beautiful. The pool was warm and clean..a car is needed as there is not many places that are safe to walk to. The description says there is a beach, there is no beach on property or walkable. We had an amazing dinner at Portale nearby recommended and arranged by owner. Amazing dinner but no real town to walk about. This is a great place if you have a car and want to explore nearby beaches. Close to the train station. "We loved our stay! DOMINICO was very hospitable at the front desk and super friendly. The room was always clean and equiped with everything we needed. The hotel was in walking distance to the main centre which was so convenient for us. THE BREAKY WAS FANTASTIC. Everything home made by the chef. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Tropea!"

"It was fantastic staff room breakfast ocean view. Front staff booked beach spot with chairs and umbrella. Ladies in breakfast area gave me apple cake recipe wrote out for me. I will make when I return home. Hotel in great area quick walk to everything. Felt safe no issues. Great town."

"We stayed at Kairos Tropea for 3 nights and had a great stay! We walk everywhere, so we found that the location (while not right in town) was fairly easy to walk into town or to the beach, and it was quiet at night. For meals, there were a lot of markets and restaurants nearby and the hotel had an excellent breakfast. The staff were great: Paulo was very responsive and coordinated a spot on a group boat trip, Rosella at the front desk was very helpful, and Kira made amazing cappuccinos at breakfast. The hotel was spotless, the mattress was comfortable and the swimming pool was lovely. The only (minor) things that we didn't like was that the door to the bathroom is frosted/semi-transparent and we found the list of prices for potential damages a bit off-putting. Unfortunately, the on-site coin laundry wasn't working while we there, but we were able to find a nearby laundromat and the hotel had a ton of drying racks available to hang our laundry afterwards, which was great. Overall, we would recommend Kairos Tropea and we would stay again."
