“We got one bedroom apartment. The smell of toilets and sewage was very annoying. I asked them to change the apartment but they did not accept for four days.”

“Excellent overall, just one flickering light in the room and by the pool area at night. A slight misunderstanding with a staff member at dinner due to language barrier. I think she was trying to explain portion sizes were very big but instead it sounded like she was telling us we had ordered too much; I don’t think she meant to sound judgemental. The meal was very nice anyway. Overall very happy. Thank you!”

“We loved this hotel! The room was clean and spacious with a nice comfortable bed. Being on the fifth floor, we were very handy for the roof terrace. Breakfast and meals were plentiful and high quality. All staff were pleasant and very helpful. This hotel was aLao ideally situated for us too, right in the heart of everything and handy for the old town and all its shops and restaurants or equally handy for the beach! We will be booking to stay here again!”
