「I would not recommend staying at this hotel if you actually want to get some sleep. The tower block which is in desperate need of renovation is terrible. I should only have a three star rating. The staff in this hotel are rude and ignorant and at times racist. The air-conditioning sounds like it’s on even when it is off which causes a horrific noise during the night and the double glazing on the balcony doors has seem better days and keeps out no noise whatsoever. 」

「The experience was wonderful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The experience in the spa was unforgettable, very relexing and calming. Except a bad odor in the bathroom that was resolved promptly after I informed them.」
