「Awesome hotel close to the beach, free on site parking and breakfast buffet. Coffee tastes so good! Spacious room with AC and has separate bath and toilet. Lidl supermarket is just across the street.」

「hébergement parfait , bien placé, propre, petit déjeuner parfait, beaucoup de choix」

「Disappointing — AC did not cool the room We specifically chose this hotel because it advertised air conditioning. Unfortunately, our room remained 24–26°C overnight despite the AC being set to 19°C and running continuously. The outside temperature was approximately 22°C. My family and I were unable to sleep and were awake until approximately 3 a.m. I have asthma, so reliable AC was an important reason I selected this hotel. We reported the problem and provided a photo documenting the...

「The hotel has a great location with beautiful views. The rooms have a very cold feel which I don’t like. Sorry to say they are not clean. There was mold in the sinks, and the grout in the travertine was black. Bed very very firm. Parking is very difficult, very few spaces. The continental breakfast was not worth the price. The staff was very nice.」

「We liked the location, the accommodations and the garage parking.」

「This is not a five star hotel by any means. Normally one person runs on the entire property as reception, as bellman, parking and luggage logistics is an issue. Don’t recommend.」

「As always, easy check in and departure. Large free parking, opposite the beach. 」

「Beautiful, exceptionally clean property in a great location. It is slightly farther from the centre than the description suggests, but Collioure is small enough that this was still very convenient. Unfortunately, our experience with the two on-site check-in staff was extremely disappointing. The check-in information explains what to do if arriving after 19:00, but does not clearly state that the desk is closed from 12:00–16:00. This is important if arriving by train or plane. The QR code...

「Staff could have been more helpful, I felt as though it was a nuisance having to deal with me.」
