「Excellent customer service 」

「Everything at the hotel was good though, as part of a chain, there was nothing specific that stood out. For us, however, a peaceful room, comfortable bed, and a decent breakfast in the morning make it worthwhile.」

「Nice hotel with great staff. Pillows were tiny but there were plenty to stack. Kids swam in the pool but it would not have fit very many more than my 2. Breakfast was great! We always love a good waffle machine but the biscuits and gravy were pretty good too! The surrounding area was nice and lots of places to eat/shop nearby.」

「The room was clean but the paint colors and the decor made the room feel small and dingy. I did find marijuana shake in the night stand drawer along with the bible. I didn’t deal with staff at all, there was a kiosk with a remote agent on a video screen at check in. The pool was nice and it’s a great location. 」

「It is not a pleasant stay, bath room door is broken, edge of the celling is mold, Cigarettes burning hole on Comforter. I will not recommend to other people. 」

「The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. We stayed for three nights. There was no room maintenance, so you have to remove your own trash and ask for clean towels as needed. The staff was nice for the most part. The restaurant is not in the hotel and neither is the bar. You have to walk or drive the the gaming center. 」

「The room and the facilities are old, even the bathroom is not very clean and the internet is not working well. The breakfast was very simple. I thought it isn’t a good place to live if you don’t play golf.」

「The room itself was comfortable and clean. However, the bathroom was a disgrace. The glazing on the porcelain tub was cracked and peeling, and completely discolored. Also, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was scary looking. I should have taken pictures! Breakfast: the butter and sour cream were locked-up, and there was no one in sight to ask for the refrigerator to be unlocked. There was a doorbell at the front desk that said "ring for service". I rang it twice, and no one ever came.」
