"expecting a room with a king-size bed and a couch that converts into a bed. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon check-in, there was no mention of any issues with my reservation. When I arrived at my room, I was disappointed to find that the bed was not a king size, and there was no sofa bed available. This was contrary to what I had booked and expected. When I contacted the front desk to address the situation, I was surprised to find that they were trying to charge me extra for the accommodations I had already reserved. This lack of communication and willingness to resolve the issue was frustrating and left me feeling dissatisfied with my stay. Given the discrepancies between what was promised and what was provided, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. "

"Staff was friendly and suggested a reasonable restaurant listing nearby. The lobby was a nice place to hang at the bar, the fire place and to play a round of pool. The swimming pool was nice for the kids, not too deep."

"Staff were great! The room units for air and heat were doing their own thing, once the heat stopped blowing it was freezing in the room and the shower leaked on the bathroom floor. Had to use lots of towels everyday. "
