「Second time this year staying at this cabin by the stream, love how relaxing it is. Perfect getaway for myself, husband and our pups. Brought the 6 year old grandson along this time. We explored the area, played in the creek, saw the Kinzua Bridge, and sat by the fire enjoying the starry sky at night. Will definitely be returning. Grandson gives it 600 stars 😀.」

「Our stay was amazing! The cabin was isolated and so quiet. It was very clean and every amenity was thought of. The owners were so easy to communicate with and very helpful when I asked questions about local attractions. We would live to come back again!」

「We have been going up to Potter for nearly 20 some years! We have always wonder about the home behind the pond. We finally got to stay here. The house was amazing. I was a little disappointed in all the lighting from the police station and the dealership. We had to walk out back behind the house to see stars. That is one of our main attractions is the stars. We also thought we would see more wildlife especially with the pond. Nope just 4 geese! But the house all in all was wonderful! Hopefully...

「The property was beautifully kept. The inside was very clean and had a cabin feel with the decor. Everything was provided for a comfortable stay... pots, pans, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, toaster, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, garbage bags, etc...There was easy access to the water down a short hill with natural step built in. We were able to fish and let the dogs play in the water, then up to the well kept yard to let the dogs sun themselves dry.」

「Check-in was simple and the house has lovely views of the creek and surrounding woods. easy access to the state parks and a couple local restaurants. The screened-in deck is the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking. Parking is tight -- as described -- but we had no problem with our pick-up. Bedroom is comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.」
