"The pool was dingy, and we didn't use it. The on site restaurant 'Shenanigans' overbooked and, after waiting gratuitiously for a table to be available, we left without giving our order. Our room was dusty throughout and the floor was not clear. I even found what I hope was a large plastic earplug under one bed. The beds were too soft and not comfortable. Our room was not serviced during our room - we weren't brought more coffee and bathroom soap and the beds were never made. "

"This is the country estate of your Ireland dreams! The room was spacious and filled with gorgeous antique furniture, my kids loved the gardens and there’s a pasture with cows roaming next door. You can see the Shannon river from the hotel and the view is picturesque. The proprietor is also the chef and the food was divine! I would 100% book here again! "

"Room was very outdated. Carpet with stains. Toilet would barely work. They put us right by the entrance/exit, so you heard people enter/leave all the time. Room was not like the pictures online. "
