「Love this hotel , starting to look a little tired in places, and could do with Air con or separate units for each rooms」

「The rooms are good, beds comfortable and everthing you need except drinking water. The pool is really good clean and warm. 「The location is stunning as it overlooks a lake. But it desperately needs: a concierge type person who has knowledge of local sites of interest: can deal wth any requests for transportation, and can generally help guests with luggage as they enter and leave the premises. Catering structure needs a review as there can be long delays being served especially for breakfast in the morning.
