“The location of the hotel is great, which was the only positive aspect of my stay. Unfortunately, the room was very disappointing — the bed had bugs and the bedsheets had an unpleasant smell.
Breakfast was also quite limited in terms of options. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations.”

“5 stars is too much for this hotel. Double bed is in fact suitable only for one short person! Photos are not like the reality there. No shelf in the bathroom to even put your wash bag. Nothing is practical. And breakfast was the worst part. They gave me white toast saying this is sourdough. Staff are not nice (except one person at front desk). Things were constantly not working. Also no parking for 5 star hotel! It’s def a 3 star hotel”

“Beyond the fact that the heat did not function during my first night and I had to wear two layers of clothing through the night, the room was basically fine; although it could have been cleaner and a light bulb was out. ”
