“We took an extended trip to Ireland and wanting to see multiple parts of the country opted to stay in the midlands. My husband found this listing on VRBO and we booked it. Best decision of the trip. This is a lovely home with a location that made it convenient to visit several other counties in the country. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was present, including some food items stocked upon our arrival which meant we didn’t have to go right out and shop. That wasn’t expected but much……

“The property was better than described, being large, comfortable and with wonderful views. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything you could need. Jeanette and Steve, the hosts, are delightful, being very welcoming and helpful. The area is new to us and we were surprised how close everything was and how much we enjoyed it. “This has everything you need, from the kitchen to bathroom towels, and even more. The house is immaculate, cozy, and perfect for relaxing or seeing tourist attractions around the area. It's centrally located for all the major attractions around the south central and southern west coast of Ireland. The parking is abundant, and there are 2 pubs located just doors away. It lacks nothing!”

“James was the consummate host. While the unit could be called country cottage simple, the welcome was all one might expect in the form of warm Irish hospitality. Situated on the outskirts of Mountshannon, you do need transport, but with car in hand you will be able to visit the highlights of the region. just bare in mind local 'R' roads can be narrow with high hedges, and meeting commercial traffic might test your nerves. However, think cautiously, drive slowly and all will be well. The nearby……

“From the minute we stepped foot into this property, we felt at home. We were met with sparkling clean accommodations, breathtaking views, a bowl of fruit on the table, and coffee and teabags in the counter! The rooms were all comfortable and attractive, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, towels, tea pots, coffee press, sugar, spices, etc. We had a wonderful holiday at Shannon View, and recommend it highly! ”

“Place was quiet and secluded. My phone has practically 0 service and WiFi only worked for me outside. For 2 of us visiting the area for golf and stretch the Euro, it was perfect. We did run into some minor issues but didn’t get any response from Sykes management. Bathroom light stopped working during middle of our trip but we didn’t know how to get a hold of anyone and vrbo messaging didn’t work. They provide washer but there was no laundry detergent. There was fire place but couldn’t find……

“Diese Cottage liegt weit ab vom Schuss, herrlich ruhig in schöner Umgebung zum Wandern. Diese Cottage hat sich den Charm der Vergangenheit bewahrt und ist sehr gemütlich. Die zentrale Lage erlaubt Tagesausflüge nach Cork, Galway, Kilkenny und Ring of Kerry. Man muss pro Km Entfernung ca. 1,5 Minuten Fahrzeit planen. Wir hatten nur schlechten Empfang und Datenübertragung z.B. für Flug Check-in oder Onlinerecherchen. Hierzu wäre W-LAN wirklich vorteilhaft. Es werden vier Schlafzimmer mit……
