“⭐ 1/5 – Misrepresented location, uninhabitable apartment I booked this property because the listing shows a central Courchevel 1850 building. In reality, the apartment is in a completely different and inferior location far from the center. The exterior, balcony, and surroundings do not match the listing photos at all — clear location misrepresentation. At check-in the apartment was not cleaned or prepared: no bed linens, no towels, no toilet paper, and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The unit……

“extremely over priced. email with arrival instructions with keybox code not sent, had to call. given the price per 1 night to not have linen, or basic cleaning products available is ridiculous. toilet brush holder missing. hoover handle broken. skole alarm beeping all night every 5 mins (I checked I battery low, but couldn't figure out the issue) basic mismatching cooking equipment and plates/glasses more of a standard of student accomodation. no corkscrew. the beds/bathroom themselves are……

“We loved the decor and vibe of this place - tasteful styling, good sized bedroom and wonderfully modern en-suite bathroom. The central lounge, kitchen and diner spaces were great, we even loved the chilled music playing to give some ambience and vibe. The self serve coffee station was very welcome after a long trip, and having space in a fridge was so useful for our food. The private parking was very useful for us. “J ai ete tres decue par cet hebergement, que je deconseille fortement ( et c est rare que je fasse des commentaires negatifs). Arrivee a 18h, pas de reception, cle dans une boite sur porte abimee dans couloir triste. Attention : pas de draps ni serviette ni torchon, ni kit vaiselle...rien...j ai du me debrouiller pour louer des draps en me deplacant chez un prestataire exterieur..../ l appart etait en tres mauvais etat, mal / pas nettoyé, il manquait une facade de meuble de cuisine, pas de lampe……

“Great find for our stay! Fantastic ski in ski out location. However the only reason we may not choose to come back is the ski shop is closed between 12 and 3. We found this very inconvenient. Even when we turned up at 11.40 they had locked up early. It’s not a boot room with lockers and is very basic, but serves its purpose. Otherwise perfect location for all amenities.”
