Last year I got food poisoning which cost me a days skiing and a very uncomfortable night with bouts of vomiting. Thinking it would be a one off we booked again due mainly to the fantastic location. This year we were two couples and all four of us got sick to varying degrees with three of us unable to ski for a day. The hotel staff reported that other guests and staff were sick but that it was “stomach flu” that was in the resort. (Last year they claimed that it was gastroenteritis that was in the resort) We had four other friends on the holiday that we skied and socialised with who were staying elsewhere. They had no issues with sickness. I have had over forty skiing holidays in the Alps and have been sick twice, both in this hotel. This hotel clearly has a problem and the staff and management are denying it. We will not be back.

Serviço e funcionários com resposta muito eficaz e simpática. Bom conforto do quarto e boa localização do hotel. Os quartos abaixo do piso 3 onde se situa a recepção e restaurante devem ter melhor insonorização pois ouve-se o movimento no piso 3 nas horas das refeições. Excelente opção para umas férias descansadas.

A equipe precisa ser mais atenciosa para um hotel 4 estrelas, considerando o valor pago. Solicitei um ajuste em minha prancha ao funcionário do skiroom achando que precisava de alguma ferramenta, ele simplesmente disse que o equipamento não tinha sido alugado com eles então não poderia tocar. Tive que levar até a loja para descobrir que não precisava de qualquer ferramenta, o que ele poderia ter me dito logo. A postura foi simplesmente retirar o "problema" da frente dele. Outro ponto foi com relação ao checkout, previsto para as 10h00. 10h10 estavam ligando para o quarto cobrando minha saída. Desci 5minutos depois e tive que ficar esperando na fila de atendimento da recepção. Serviço no café da manhã muito enrolado, parecia sempre faltar gente, estavam sempre correndo, pedidos simples de um cafe demoravam a sair... Novamente, não me parece serviço de 4 estrelas. Já fiquei em hoteis muito mais simples com serviço mais eficiente e atencioso. Quanto às instalações, nada a reclamar, tudo muito bom.

Great location

location is good and ski in ski out albeit steep stairs ,staff very good friendly at all times,fun atmosphere great spot for lunch on the slopes in out side seating area. #Rooms dated and very cold bathroom and toilet steep in over bath shower not so good when legs are tired however high pressure shower for person under 5 ft . Evening Restaurant disappointing not cooked correctly or hot all we need is fresh hot food on some days this just didn't happen management always helpful to correct an issues. overall good value for courchevel.

Rooms were small and cozy with enough storage for your ski stuff without it being under your feet. Location very good indeed. Breakfast was disappointing with a slightly chaotic feel to it at peak times. Didn’t appear to be enough staff and there was no element of service. This put us off having dinner at the property so we went and dined out locally. Sauna and steam room very basic but functional. Slightly disappointed for what we paid compared with other ski hotels, albeit in other resorts.

The hotel staff were super friendly and were one of the main reasons I would considered staying at another Fahrenheit seven location. The hotel in total however was disappointing. As someone else has mentioned the reception is on the 3rd floor which although is common in city hotels there is only one small lift which makes getting there really tricky at most times of the day. You need to go to reception for breakfast and to go to the ski room, so it’s an important location which is a pain to reach. The hotel overall needs a good spruce up. The carpets are old and dirty, especially the one in the main lift which is your first impression of the hotel. It really needs a good clean in most areas to make up for the price tag. The rooms were really nice and clean, but for the price I would have expected a shower in the bathroom. There is a gondola right outside which makes the location great!

Extremely unpleasant management very rude. They do not care to accommodate . Apartment rooms are maintained horrible they are very dirty and have a horrible smell. This hotel has one goal and one goal only take your money. Do not make a the mistake of leaving anything in your room it will be discarded without notice. Contacted the hotel less than 30 minutes after I left the room. They said sorry we threw out your belongings which included a phone charger and hair gel. Also do not book any transportation threw this hotel. They tag on a fee for the trouble of calling a taxi for you. STAY away from this hotel. All around rating scale 1-10 10 being great 1 being horrible. I’d say -5 this place is a dump
