My wife and I and our dog had a nice comfortable stay at this Cottage. The location is very good for the town and beach, short walks away.It's well equipped and was very clean. The cottage has a nice courtyard for outdoor dining, and it's a useful space as the living room is small (the floor space dimensions in the description are misleading). The 3 bedrooms are a good size and it sleeps 5 comfortably but there is only one shower and one basin and one separate WC so I think more that a group of more than 3 would struggle with the facilities. There is only one TV (not 3 as in the description) and it's located in the main bedroom - not a problem for us but might be for larger groups. I would certainly recommend this property to smaller groups, it has a lot to offer.

Nettes sauberes Familienhaus mit kleinen Patio. Zentral gelegen, man ist schnell in der City / Restaurants/ Strand usw.Nachteil ist das es direkt an einer Hauptstraße liegt, Parkplätze direkt gegenüber vom Haus.

Le logement est propre et agréable, bien équipée et un service de conciergerie efficace.L'escalier est un peu étroit, mais surtout le logement est situé dans une rue très passagère avec un feu tricolore devant la maison.

Cottage Côté Mer "Wirklich schön - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! 🙂 Tolles altes und sehr gemütliches Haus. Mehrere Schlafzimmer, schönes Bad und separates WC. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns auch der kleine Innenhof. 🙁 Die Lage direkt an der Straße - man steht quasi auf der Straße wenn man aus der Haustür tritt."

Cottage Côté Mer "Prima locatie voor bezoek aan de Normandische stranden. 🙂 Uitstekend gelegen! Ruime slaapkamers en douche en geen last van zon in de slaapkamers. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en bied een prima plaats om o.a. de invasiestranden te bezoeken. De accommodatie had een leuk binnenplaatsje. Ondanks het gebrek aan donkere gordijnen, boden de luiken voldoende duisternis in de avond. De host was uitstekend bereikbaar en stond ons telkens vriendelijk te woord! Mochten we nog eens Normandië bezoeken overwegen we deze locatie weer. 🙁 Het had wellicht iets schoner gekund. Vooral kalk in de douche. De woonkamer/comfortabele zitmogelijkheid was ook aan de kleine kant voor 4 personen"

Cottage Côté Mer "Logement très humide, moisissures , prévu sur l’annonce pour 7 personnes mais avec seulement 5 oreillers et demi… heureusement nous avons de la famille sur courseulles pour nous en prêter.. odeurs de renfermé et d’humidité dès que l’on passe la porte, pièce de vie treeeeees petite. Poussières un peu partout et grosses saletés sous le canapés…"
