In Courseulles-sur-Mer, a 500 m from the beach, we offer this charming 45 m² apartment for rent. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. We're waiting for you!
The apartment is composed as follows
- A 27 m² living room with sofa, double sofa bed, coffee table, balcony access, TV...
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Dining area with access to terrace
- Bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Outside :
- A 6 m² balcony facing south-east
- A 14 m² south-west-facing terrace with a corner lounge and dining area to make the most of fine weather
The apartment is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Activities:
- Enjoy a large heated seawater swimming pool, ideally located on the beach.
- Go horseback riding or play a game of tennis.
- Have fun on the mini-golf course, skate park or pétanque court.
- For indoor relaxation, go to the billiard table, bowling alley or cinema (less than 800 m away).
- Experience unique sensations at the sailing center and try your hand at sand yachting.
- Every year, the region celebrates D-Day, a major event in history.
- In August, the "Quinzaine des Acadiens" (Acadian Fortnight) offers concerts and numerous festivities.
- Throughout the year, the region offers a wide range of cultural events and outings to discover.
- Courseulles boasts a large and attractive fishing port. Fresh fish is on offer every day at the market.

If you choose to come by car, free parking is available in front of the building on avenue de la Libération or rue de l'Edit.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Caen, approx. 25 km away (30 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Rouen, approx. 152 km (1h41 min by car)

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Prices given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.
- Access is via a staircase on the 2nd floor.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- High-speed internet access (4G & 5G cellular data).
