  • Large modern F3, located on the port, 2 minutes from the fish auction (every day) and 5 minutes from the beach, shops and markets.
    Large balcony without vis-à-vis.
    The accommodation has a large bright living room with flat screen TV, 2 bedrooms, equipped kitchen, separate toilet and a bathroom.
    Born in Normandy, I will be happy to provide you with all the information you need for your stay.

    Living/Dining room: Table 4 people, sofa/coffee table, flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi, with two balconies (access via bay window).

    Very well equipped kitchen: multifunction oven, individual microwave, induction hob/extractor, small fridge (+large fridge on the balcony with freezer), dishwasher, toaster, kettle, TASSIMO capsule coffee maker and filter coffee maker.

    Bathroom: Walk-in shower, vanity unit, multifunction washing machine, heated towel rail.

    2 bedrooms including:
    A bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, adjoining balcony, large wardrobe.
    And another bedroom with 2 beds 90, cupboard and adjoining balcony.

    Separate toilet.

Appartement moderne très lumineux et propre mais la terrasse et le balcon n’avaient pas été nettoyés… nous sommes donc restés à l’intérieur pour notre séjour de 3 nuits. place de parking réservée. Dans la journée , environnement bruyant car travaux actuellement sur le port et l’appartement donne à l’arrière sur un chantier naval. Tout confort mais un peu à minima (peu de vaisselle, verres dépareillés, pas de poubelle dans la salle de bains et les toilettes …. ). Correct pour un court séjour.

One reason we like to rent with VRBO, is their upfront pricing on their rentals- meaning no hidden or after the fact fees. As for this rental, the apartment is really very nice and the location can't be beat. Everything was clean and ready to welcome guests. If it wasn't for Alex's manner of communication and the request for additional fees, we would happily stay there again. However, unless he changes the wording on the VRBO listing, be aware that the rental does not include sheets and towels, they must be rented. There is also an additional cleaning fee requested at the end of the stay (if you don't want to clean the apartment yourself). Alex informs you of these charges in the confirmation letter, and if you miss that, which I did, you will be surprised by these costs. We left the apartment tidy (dishes washed, counters and surfaces wiped down, etc.) but refused the cleaning fee. When we did so, Alex became very unprofessional in his dealings with us. Anyway, if you are clear on the extra fees and don't have to interact with Alex, it is a very nice place to stay.
