I stopped for the night on a road trip. I was checked in quickly & the room was sparkling clean. I was bringing the contents of a relative's refrigerator, so I was thrilled to see the larger, apartment-size fridge, not a mini fridge. Everything in the room was very dated, but I didn't care. The mini fridge & microwave worked, and the bed was super comfortable! The staff was just one woman who may have been the owner. She was super nice & helpful.

Our stay at was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect for what we had to accomplish the following day.

Guy who checked us in was nice. They need to do a better job in cleaning. Linens and towels need to be bleached. Tv didn’t work . They tired to blame it on the weather but I wasn’t buying it. They said someone would come by and fix it but no one came by.

Had 7 rooms booked. 3 of the 7 were pretty decent. Others flooded, had bugs, were not clean, pretty nasty. But, you get what you pay for, and the price was about what you would expect for a sub-par motor lodge.

This place was horrible. I mean, what can you expect from a roadside motel? We put our heads down for six hours and got back on the road and six hours of one minute would’ve been too long. When I showed up the front desk, person had to be woken up from the back room and it was only 11. Pillows look like they were just a lump of dirty laundry and there was lots of noise.

I would not suggest courtland inn unless you have NO other options. I paid for a kkng suite and had a room the size of a walk in closet. Renovations are severly needed
