“We enjoyed our weekend stay, the apartment was just as listed with some nice added touches of fresh flowers, and treats left by the Owner. Perfect location, we loved the convenience in getting to the wedding venue and enjoying a run along the ocean and Cliff-walk the next day. Check-in and out was simple and Owner was available if needed. Everything was great so we didn't have any reason to but nice to know they were there!”

“The location is in a quiet neighborhood and I enjoyed walks around the neighborhood and to downtown Bristol in the mornings. The town is small with a few quaint shops and great bakeries. Location is great if you want to visit Providence, Newport, and Boston. Beds were comfortable and the unit is clean and well stocked. There were even a few treats left out for us which was a fun surprise.”

“Came to Newport for a long weekend with the girlfriend and this spot was perfect for us. Easy check in/ check out. Very clean and AMAZING location. Easy walk to everything on Thames street and short Uber/ drive to mansions/ cliff walk. Would highly recommend and stay again.”

“Cute place near the southern part of the Cliff Walk. It is a mile or so from the wharf and restaurants & we did lots of walking, but if you aren't up for lots of walking, then you need a car, or can do lyft. The kitchen has everything you need for coffee, or to cook/reheat food. The bedroom and bath are up stairs, which was fine with us. Everything was clean and comfortable with everything wet needed for a few days. The host Lou was good at communicating, and checking in. We enjoyed our stay……

“The "suite" was beautiful and right in the heart of town. Walking distance to just about everything which made this quick getaway very easy. Everything that we could have needed was provided and that bathroom was WOW!!. Only thing that other guests should be aware of is that if you're traveling with a dog they can't be left unattended. This little tidbit was not mentioned until the morning of the stay when I was sent the house rules. This made it a little difficult to really get out and……

“We use this property for our field technicians over the winter for their work, the hosts are so nice and accommodating we will never go anywhere else!”

“The property was beautiful with a pool table inside and a balcony outside overlooking the river. My friends/partner and I spent almost a week here visiting for a Renaissance Faire in the area and it was great location for it. Will hopefully stay again in the future!”

“Great cottage with outlook over the lake. Free use of kayaks and rowing boat. Missing a dining table downstairs. Also very close to Highway 1, not suitable for small children and pets because of fast traffic.”

“The property was great and lots of places to walk my dog. I liked the location, next to the vineyard and easy drive to downtown Newport. My only minor complaint was that I went to the guest services to talk to them about the ants in the kitchen (it rained a lot so I understand ants can happen) and they said they would treat the kitchen that afternoon and they never showed up.”
